Sources and Disclosures: Forbes.com (February 2022). SHOOK does not receive compensation in exchange for its Top Advisor placements or rankings, which are determined independently (see methodology). Participation in this directory is limited to ranked advisors; once placed on a ranking, advisors may choose to pay fees to Forbes and Shook for premium listing features as indicated by highlighted names. Investors must carefully choose the right advisor for their own situation and perform their own due diligence. SHOOK’s research and rankings provide opinions intended to help investors choose the right financial advisor and are not indicative of future performance or representative of any one client’s experience. Factors included in the rankings: assets under management, revenue produced for the firm, regulatory record, quality of practice, and philanthropic work. Investment performance is not an explicit component because not all advisors have audited results and because performance figures often are influenced more by clients’ risk tolerance than by an advisor’s investment-picking abilities. The ranking may not be representative of any one client’s experience, is not an endorsement, and is not indicative of an advisor’s future performance. Kaydan Wealth Management, Inc. does not pay a fee in exchange for this award/rating. Barron’s is not affiliated with Kaydan Wealth Management, Inc. The Financial Times 400 Top Financial Advisers is an independent listing produced by the Financial Times (March 2016). The FT 400 is based on data gathered from firms and verified bt broker-dealer home offices, regulatory disclosures, and the FT’s research. The listing reflects each adviser’s performance in six primary areas, including assets under management, asset growth, compliance record, experience, credentials and accessibility as identified by the FT. Neither the brokerages nor the advisors pay a fee to The Financial Times in exchange for inclusion in the FT 400. The FT 400 was developed in collaboration with Ignites Research, a subsidiary of the FT that provides specialized content on asset management. To qualify for the list, advisers had to have 10 years of experience and at least $300 million in assets under management (AUM) and no more than 60% of the AUM with institutional clients. The FT reaches out to some of the largest brokerages in the U.S. and asks them to provide a list of advisors who meet the minimum criteria outlined above. These advisors are then invited to apply for the ranking. Only advisors who submit an online application can be considered for the ranking. In 2016, roughly 980 applicants were received and 400 were selected to the final list (40.8%). AUM is the top factor, accounting for roughly 60-70 percent of the applicant's score. Additionally, to provide a diversity of advisors, the FT placed a cap on the number of advisors from any one state that’s roughly correlated to the distribution of millionaires across the U.S. The ranking may not be representative of any one client’s experience, is not an endorsement, and is not indicative of advisor’s future performance. The FT is not affiliated with Raymond James. The RIAs named in the 50 Growers Across America 2021 had no way of being nominated and did not compensate Citywire RIA to be considered. The mention of an RIA is not at all an endorsement of its services or its business. Kaydan Wealth Management is not affiliated with Citywire RIA. Links are being shared for information purposes only.
